I have been working for prologistix for over two months. They assigned me SEPHORA as a picker and packer. I followed all their rules and I'll tell you what I got from both places, I'll tell too why you shouldn't buy in Sephora. Every time you get an item from Sephora you are supporting their abusive, and,UNLAWFUL MANAGEMENT.
I got surgery in my mouth, to treat my periodontal disease. I gave them the excuse letter from my Dr., which said to avoid excessive activities so I asked them to kept me in the packing assignment for a good and better recovery,. They didn't care about it, they sent me to pick, while my mouth was sore, and swollen. Every step felt like hitting my mouth with a hammer as picking requires a lot of walking through all the warehouse and a lot of pulling, liftings, squats. So the next day I decided to pack by my own trying to avoid the walking. Next thing I know they grabbed me and got mad at me, yell at me , and report me for insubordination. I even suffered humiliation by Sephora's staff, they asked me to open my mouth in front of other coworkers to show them what surgery I was talking about. When they realized I was NOT lying they dare to asked me for a second excuse letter. On top all these things they have done to me, they started treating me even worse, getting mad at me all the time for no reason, they openly play favoritism with member of their team and isolate themselves from me because I didn't like them. They pretty much ignored me in the last week. Obviously I just wanted to get the hell out of there. This is when I called the Prologistix main office to asked to work for another of their clients instead of Sephora. Prologistix told me they needed two weeks notice in order to keep a good record with them and possible another assignment. Really? Prologistix/Sephora Take this review as my resignation letter and go to Hell.
