I can't say enough good things about the ice cream at Penn State Dairy. The flavors are out of this world and the quality is top-notch. I highly recommend trying the homemade waffle cones too - they're the perfect complement to the creamy, flavorful scoops of ice cream. This place is a must-visit for any ice cream lover!
