Over 10 years ago we experienced our first Free-style cruise around the Hawaiian Islands on the Pride of America, and we've been NCL cruising ever since. Each NCL cruise is a new, memorable experience on board, with abundant meal choices in the buffet, dining, and specialty restaurants, with the variety of Las Vegas style entertainment each evening, with the many choices of cultural, historic, educational and entertaining land tours available in every port visit, and even on board fun activities and entertainment while at sea. We've enjoyed so many special moments and memories from Alaska's inside passage on NCL Star, historic New England to eastern Canada from Boston to Quebec on the NCL Dawn, cruising the Panama Canal, Central America, and the Mexican Riviera ports from Miami to Los Angeles on the NCL Pearl, back-to-back cruises on the trans-Altantic from Port Canaveral to Barcelona with visits to Carribean islands, Portugal and Spain, continuing on to visit many historic and cultural Mediterranean cities like Rome, Naples, Athens, Dubrovnic, and so many more on the NCL Spirit, and after a few days touring Venice and then Copenhagen, taking a Baltic cruise on the NCL Star highlighting Berlin, St Petersburg, Stockholm, Helsinki, and more. And for this February, enjoyed the month cruising New Zealand and southern Australia from Auckland to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Tasmania.
So... Do we recommend NCL? You bet!!
And with the help of Gina Welch, our personal cruise consultant for most of these years, we have enjoyed 5-Star hotel stays for the extra days we spend in each port city before and after each cruise.
