Poor customer service, can't even get a phone line...

Poor customer service, can't even get a phone line that is clear to understand them and they don't bother to do anything about it. Inadequate information given when signing up resulting in inappropriate service being selected. After service doesn't care about end result only passing the blame to others and not taking any responsibility. Would not use again.
