I'm not a newbie to digital photography but I'm not an expert either. I stopped in the Austin store on Saturday (01/25) and was immediately greeted by extremely friendly staff. One of the staff (Tamra Green) worked with me for quite a while (and very patiently) to help me correctly outfit my Nikon DSLR. She had great suggestions and offered plenty of advice - all of this while not being pushy. I walked away with exactly what I needed - for now - and don't feel like I was getting ripped off in the process.

This is a great store - stop in sometime and make certain to ask for Tamra. Good prices and very friendly service.
