I went in for a fairly minor collision repair that I was paying out of pocket and Tom Taylor gave me an estimate. I had also had an estimate at another facility but Tom was willing to work with me and ended up with a slightly lower price than the other facility. When I picked up the car Tom went over the repair and informed me that another part was repaired in a less expensive manner. I was very pleased with the repair and the condition (car was washed and vacuumed inside) that the car was in when finished.
