I started planning my trip from Texas to Dublin over 6 months ago. I immediately went online to see who was top rated tattoo establishment. The Ink Factory was it! Put a deposit down and scheduled my appointment. The artist has been in constant contact with me so they know what I will have done while I am there. Amazing!
