Horrible service, the staff do not know how to speak to their guests, they made me feel as if they did a favour by having me stay at the hotel even though I paid for the room. Be very careful as they will find weird ways to charge you for things that you cannot imagine. They made me change rooms to accommodate other guests, giving silly excuses, then I was locked out from my own room for more than 2 hours, they could not fix the lock. It was a really bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel or its unprofessional staff at all.
