Worked with Emily Wagner, who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and clear in her explanations. It was a pleasure to buy our Outback from her. Also worked with Kevin O'Donovan, who was clear and thorough, as well. We have owned several Subaru cars, and previously purchased a Volvo from the Secor group.
