1st time back this yr and looks very different. Big improvement to the decor.staff as always friendly and polite.shame we missed Frank as he always went out of his way to make us feel part of the hotel family.the night staff and especially frank are an asset to your hotel and makes us want to come back time and time. Hopefully we will b returning in may to celebrate my mums 80th birthday
