I'm very dissatisfied with this establishment. I asked twice if the price was negotiable before I made the hour drive and was reassured it was. When I get there I notice the 2019 vehicle has multiple paint chips, oil is low, cooler is low. After the test drive I provide them with my pre qualified letter and offer. They provide me with a sheet of paper showing THEIR price with an additional $2,400 for paint job and micro cleaning. I asked them to remove it and if my offer would be considered. After the sales rep goes to check he comes back with three other sheets of paper showing why their price was good. They refused to negotiate anything below their price so I left. They could've saved my time by telling me they would not consider any offers instead of making me drive out there to say it in my face. Super dissatisfied.
