The staff was rude to my wife and I ,and other staff members, when we brought our 2013 Ford Escape in while it overheated for no reason and didn't have a car to give my pregnant wife and I in exchange. They told us to walk to a metro and go to an airport to rent a car. Absolutely ridiculous and now today I was supposed to get a call on what was wrong with my car that I've now owned for 8 days and no call came. Will never take my car here again.
