Mr Perry Review of Valet Park of America

Armorildo (Manager) is not a bad man nor do I have anything negative to say about him. He most definitely has taught me a few things in the short time I've been working with him.
The first incident which was resolved by your talented manager Jason McClurg, was regarding Armorildo sending me home regarding a misunderstanding. This was my first week working for Valet and I was very confused. The incident stemmed from him firmly placing a set of keys in my hand and yelling (legit yelling) to go look at what I did wrong. I said nothing. I turned and jogged right away and halfway mid jog I did turn back and come to Armorildo stating that I remembered parking that car and that I don't think I did anything wrong. Armorildo took the key from my hand and told me to go home. Just like that. I take the bus so I put on my backpack and sat on the bench. Armorildo then came over minuets later showing me a picture of a customers tire touching the side of the curb. At this point I said nothing and remained mute until he walked away. Then got on the bus and went home very upset and hurt because it was my first week. I thought I was doing good. Jason McClurg straightend out the situation and everything was okay.
Incident number 2 was regarding yet another misunderstanding of gestures this time. Armorildo was about 100 feet from the main entrance door assisting a customer who's keys were locked inside of their own car. It was blocking traffic and cars slowly piled up. Each customer I seen from a distance I either waved around or they simply put their hand up through their windshield signaling a pickup/dropoff, meaning that they did not require Valet. Armorildo pointed backwards signalling to go help the customers and yes, I shook my head. And put up my hand very calmly.... Basically trying to signal that they are all set...and no I did not use my voice. This is true. But I would think he'd infer from this. He then stormed to the customer car who already showed me that they were all set, THEN telling him AGAIN that they are all set verbally.
Minutes later Armorildo pulls me aside behind the main entrance doors where there are no cameras . He backs me up to the wall and gets very close. Starts telling very loudly this time. Red faced and moving his hands in an offensive manner. I thought he was going to attack me. I did not feel safe. He was speaking very disrespectful to me as well as condescending. I felt belittled. I did not yell or talk back in any manner the way he was speaking to me. I am a man and I know how to control my emotions and unfortunately Armorildo does not. I tried to explain that everything is okay i wasn't being defiant I was just trying to signal that they are all set. He then gets even more FURIOUS and says these exact words...and customers are walking by listening and seeing this....He says WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A PROBLEM . WE HAVE A PROBLEM DONT WE? YOUR ON STRIKE TO AND WHEN I TELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DO IT RIGHT AWAY OR YOU CAN LEAVE AND NOT COME BACK.
He did not lisent to any of my calm words. Alex, who is a new employee god bless his soul, came over and put keys in Armorildos face to distract him realizing that he had gone way too far. It was very akward the rest of the shift. I told Jason McClurg and he was willing to move me to saints and I agreed but I did not get any sleep that following night. I went to LGH main campus with my backpack full of company shirts and put in my two weeks. I'm sorry.
