After review & comparison of several companies, we chose Smith Thompson to install a wireless Home Security system & had a great experience from the 1st conversation with one of the sales associates all the way through the installation. The person installing called to verify, was professional, prompt, cleaned up the area & provided education of the system. The alarm has been accidently set off a couple of times & the phone call to check up was extremely fast. The company is locally owned. Employees are professional & courteous. Thank you for a great overall experience.
