The experience I had at Stillwater Surgery Center ...

The experience I had at Stillwater Surgery Center was well enough but was highly overshadowed by their billing department. I understand that the mentally disabled should have an opportunity to work, but when it comes to medical bills, I would rather have someone who knows how to answer a phone, return a message, or say more than "wE ArE nOt a fiNanCiaL iNsTitUtiOn, SiR! wE ArE nOt a fiNanCiaL iNsTitUtiOn, SiR!" over and over again. Though, bless her heart for trying so hard with what little brains she has. So, 5 stars for the actual surgical center, but negative 4 stars for the extra "special" billing department.
