I had a family emergency (death in family) I was $135 behind and they shut me off without a notice on door. Like wow I have seen other peoples bills from when we had our bad winter storm here for two weeks being $400 behind and I get shut off for just $135. Horrible company and they only offer for you to pay your bill without a fee if you pay by text message but they never send you notices to pay via text. SUCH A SCAM!!
