Make sure to bring an extension cord. Our bathroom did not have an outlet in the bathroom so we had to use a hair dryer in the other room. The television volume seemed to fluctuate from sound to mute, but we did not watch much television anyway.

The staff was wonderful, especially in the presence of some very obnoxious customers but housekeeping did forget to take care of the room one of the days we were there.

Overall, I liked the hotel but it is quite pricey. I am guessing this is due to the history and prestige of the hotel. If you visit, enjoy!
