A few weeks ago I ordered seat-back protectors and had them shipped directly to the shop so they could install them. This week I called to see if they had arrived (expected to hear about this after only a few days), and the rep I spoke to in Parts told me that they had arrived a while ago, but the service order was never updated in the system for my order- so I didn't know they were there. He pushed it through while I was on the phone and a few minutes later I was set up with an appointment to come in for the install today.

When I got into the Service center today, Tim looked up the charge for installing the seat-back protectors, and after learning the price for install would be more than the actual cost of the parts, he told me I could just pick up the protectors and put them in myself. After I got the parts, Tim took the time to walk me through how I could do it on my own, and helped me.

Service center also gave me good tips for snow tires I should look into for this season!
