I went in to figure out why there was an imbalance with our ledger, and the lady, Beth, kept saying to please email us to receive a copy of the ledger. We had emailed her two days ago and received a copy of our ledger and I wanted to show her so that we could work out a solution, and I told her this. She immediately snapped back with please email us to receive a copy of the ledger. This was repeated multiple times and I was unable to show her the ledger as she wouldn t allow it. I simply wanted to figure out what was missing but she was incredibly rude and would not be supportive in trying to figure out the imbalance. Do not rent from this realty as you will be met with nothing but rudeness and disorganized people.
