ZERO stars, and here's why: My family was given a room that had the strong smell of sewage. The smell came on during our first night, left the AM of the second day, returned the second night, disappeared and then came back. We aired out the room (forcing us out for the evenings because of the cold.) Finally, a maintenance man confided that "this room (#332) and a few nearby carry a bad smell at times because of the restaurant below, and there's nothing we can do about it." I've never heard of a five-star hotel that knowingly puts people into rooms that often smell like sewage. When I complained to the management, I was initially offered an upgrade on my next trip. When I took the issue to the hotel's ownership team, I never received a response. Just ridiculous.
