Really lovely hotel. We left our car with the valet and they took our bags and has gotten our keys to the room all ready. The moment we stepped in the hotel, one of the managers brought us straight to our room without even having to check in. That was a really impressive service. Our room were huge with lovely features and high ceiling. The view from our room window was magnificent facing the castle. The toiletries were from Salvatore Ferragamo. We even managed to use the indoor swimming pool with a nice warm jacuzzi pool which opens till 10pm. The standard of the service here is very high and professional. Highly recommend.
