I would like to say big thanks to Jason and Peter who deal with my case. They make sure to get the job done and chase the money for me. At the very beginning, I approached other companies, they think my money is too small or difficult and not interesting to take my case or most of them only deal with business customers. But Jason took over this and use a clever way to collect the money which is to collect small amount money every week. I don't mind for that as long as I do receive the money regularly. The other good thing for eCollect is the effective communication. Not only Jason or Peter answer me by phone or email, also I can see everything they have done for all the process from client login. And the best thing is no claim no fee, some other companies charge a few hundred dollars administration fee before they collect a cent though they cannot guarantee if they will be able to collect a cent. I highly recommend those landlords or real estate agents who have trouble to collect rent to consider eCollect.
