Not professional and not organized at all!

I signed up as a global volunteer in one of your opportunities and got accepted, after a while the girl who interviewed me ignored me and stopped replying, hence all my questions were left unanswered!!

A week before my flight they still did not inform me of where I am staying, they refused to pick me up from the airport because it was "too far" and the taxi was "too expensive", finally they did not reply to my email and that was the last straw!

Cancelling my flight was the best option for me, I refuse to throw myself into the unknown with people who are not serious and rude!
