These guys are Hauwei service center , they did not fix my Hauwei watch GT although it is still under warranty because I bought the watch outside Canada. Hauwei Canada say they can not fix and they will not replace it because it bought out side Canada even they confirm that the dealer is Hauwei dealer . Will we are used to Apple and Samsung international warranty which mean their products can be fixed or repaired anywhere . But Hauwei refuse to deliver international warranty even though in their warranty document they do not mention that they don't support international warranty.
