Absolutely stunning collection of plants and architecture. As a visitor with limited mobility I was happy to find the disabled parking only 90m away and free use of the wheelchairs that were waiting by the dozen in the car park.
As it is an old quarry, some of the paths are a bit steep, so the person pushing you will need strong calves. There are mobility scooters, I believe, if you call in advance.
A couple of the surfaces may cause issues if you have chronic pain, but for the most part, through the biomes and gardens they're a smooth ride.
The gardens and biomes are fantastic. As you'd expect.

Other things to note from a wheelchair perspective: A couple of the displays about the manufacture of something are above waist height.
The cloud bridge is amazing but it is a complete blindspot, someone won't be happy when they walk into the chair.
The door from the plant shop into the gift shop is a large heavy door that will need extra assistance.
Quiet a lot in the shop is above waist height too, I ended up using my walking stick around it as it was becoming a stressful situation in the wheelchair.

The accessible toilets also have an audio description of the layout. First time I'd seen that feature.
