Booked thru Agoda but still around $250 a night (lower floor, 14th), walked in with this moldy smell follows with this outdated room, what a surprise.

Went down the lobby and trying to see if I have the option to upgrade (2 adults, 2 kids with twin beds just a little too small) been told that 5000 yen a night I can get bigger bed, because extra bed cost 10,000 yen a night.

Got in higher fl (23 floor), Walked in still same size bed?!!! Walked back down to lobby and trying to solve the problem, 2 hours later the manger with attitude finally comes out still demanding I m paying the differences if adding one more bed?!!! The whole reason I m upgrading to different room is because I don t have to add extra bed. And there goes the GM for the hotel I believe wouldn t even say hi or anything just a terrible attitude and some kind of female discrimination?!!! Over 2 hours later I m completely feeling ignored and embarrassed because the only person that willing to help is this trainee (used to live in us so speak decent English) the manger wouldn t even let him talk!!! Just plaint rudesse!!!
I wouldn t never ever stay in this hotel again! Also totally ruin my perspective for Japan.
Overall terrible customer services!
