An excellent and engaging day out as a family with a 4-year-old.

Starts a bit slow as there's a walk down into the marine tanks that might be a bit boring for preschool children, but once you see the animals it's easy to spend an afternoon here.

Friendly staff, green ethos, and respect to the animals. If you're local or enjoy the place you get free admission for a year. Good choice from the cafe and gift shop, too.

Parking costs a few quid cash though!
