I would love to give Alure 5 stars but I can't. The work they did to renovate our bathroom was fantastic. Our new bathroom is beautiful. The Project Manager, Joe and the workers did an excellent job. The problem was after the final payment was made the customer service to obtain the final inspection approval by the Building Inspector was absolutely horrible. They dropped the ball and I was forced to make the arrangements myself. We are very disappointed with the after project customer service.

I received a personal phone call from the owner of Alure expressing his concern and his apology to me was very appreciated. I will have no problem recommending Alure to my friends. I gave them another star for the apology.
