Everything was cool until we got down to the rafts...

Everything was cool until we got down to the rafts it was unorganized and everyone was just rushing to get to a raft they had to blow up more rafts which was fine but time consuming the guide that day seemed a little annoyed and suggested we go combine with another group because it would be easier for us. We ended up with another group of three and there was a language barrier which made things really difficult. We right away got stuck and the guide was trying to help us and then had another guy come over to help because that wasn t part of his job . We got stuck with people that we basically carried around for 3/4 hours under the hot sun we were too behind in the group to be able to stop and get out although the guy that was helping us allowed us to get out once, I think mostly because we started to argue and he could see the tension kicking in. Then when we stoped to eat so we go over to the guide and explain it s not working out if there was someway he could fix it . He waited until everyone was back by the rafts to yell that another group would take us but it s was a bit awkward and embarrassing and we felt put on the stop. Then at the very end there is one last bumpy area. I ended up falling out the raft and was stuck and couldn t move I waved to the guide who I thought was looking at me but he turns around I thought he was calling someone over cause he looked like he was looking down at a phone or something but no. I was stuck for about a min or so that I finally realized he want coming and rafts are passing me so I started yelling as loud as I could and waving my hands It was just really frustrating because we basically became these peoples chauffeurs the whole time and had to carry extra weight. Was put in uncomfortable situations and the guide I felt like just rally didn t pay attention or care how ever his help was perfect and friendly especially Molly and I wish I could remember the guy who pretty much helped us the whole time
