People at service are nice enough but I think their system could use a bit of stream lining. Just there for an oil change on my new Ford Edge, one hour after my appointment the car is brought out to the area where you pick it up. Ok, that's reasonable but the car is there 20 minutes and I finally go to the counter and say ,"am I supposed to get you or are you supposed to get me when the car is ready ?" Oh yes sir I just got the paperwork was the reply. BS I believe but then sent to the cashier for a another 5 minutes with no one there until a nice young woman who wasn't the cashier takes care of me. $59 she says for today, but I've got to say a"it's complimentary for the first year ". Ok , I'll check that says she and of course I'm right. Why do I have to explain this , isn't it in the computer with all the other information ?? Should be unless they are trying to pull a fast one. Twice I've been there and twice the same thing. Annoying to me, and of course the guy who brought the car up left his cigarettes in my cup holder and not saying he smoked in my car but just not right. Thanks,
