Waited for 3 hours with a 4 year old child 2 days...

Waited for 3 hours with a 4 year old child 2 days post kidney surgery who wasn t feeling well. We asked multiple times when is our turn and was told one more patient each time. We ended up leaving because we were too exhausted to wait any longer. When I told the nurse that this was unexeptable for a post surgery young child to wait so long, she told me that we ll be seeing shortly... I will definitely write a letter to HR, this is insane.
