I wish I can give 0 star! Such a bad services
company!!!! I went to pick up my package and showed my id, and they gave me the wrong package! I opened it in front of them, because it s the same brand boxes as what I purchased from Saks Fifth Ave Toronto I expected it s mine. After I arrived home, I found the bootie is the same brand but different style! I found that it s not my package! I drove back to the store, and told them what happened! At the beginning there is even not an apologize, and the lady there said you didn t check it? I asked your last name? So I wondering what Is the point to show my id? She instant it s my own fault until I spoke to the phone! Please if you has to pick up something here check it! Because if they give you the wrong one and you have to drive back exchange it! AND! It s your fault!!!!
