Our stay in the hotel very badly started as we have been very poorly welcomed and my son nearly injured by a driver, then I encounter issues at the registration with my credit card and finally our minibar was to be removed; but I should say that after speaking with the duty manager, I forgot all these bad points and our family truly enjoyed the stay. The manager reacted very professionnally and very fast to our enquiries to give us 100% satisfaction, we have been pampered like kings and finally get the service we expected from such kind of hotels. A big thank you to all the team and specially to Mrs Priscila.
