Have been a long time client of multiple accounts including our business account, of which we upgraded to NBN mid last year. Recently, Internode disconnected us and by their own admission was at fault and their mistake cost us as a small business a significant amount. The connection after 4 days was reinstated. However a few weeks later they performed the same mistake and so far we have again been without internet for 4 days so far with no resolution in sight, again costing us considerably. Internode would not offer any temporary solutions as far as wireless dongles or anything to aid in getting us by and the onus is on us to work around it as best we can. The customer service representative ive been having to deal with has been a disgusting experience with them having no understanding of the added stress, pressure and cost this has put on us, especially over the holiday period(one of our busiest times) and with them even stating I need to pay more to get reconnected into their "New system"!
