Horrible! The staff could care less about the patients. There rude, insensitive to the patients and no matter who you talk to about your loved ones care they can t be bothered. My brother was there 4 months and he died under their neglect. This facility is owned by the University of Rochester, this is not a State run facility, I was shocked to see the condition and unsanitary care they give these patients.
