I have been looking for someplace I can take my two Toyota vehicles for routine maintenance, i. e. Oil changes, tire rotation and balancing and feel confident I am not being hustled for unnecessary work. The web site does not work half the time when one tries to use. I have login in several times and all the previously vehicle information I loaded is no longer there; very frustrating. I have used this dealership in the past and my experiences have been mixed due to a previous service advisor I used there. I would have a schedule an appointment for oil and filter change and waited 3.5 hours and it was still not accomplished, not one time did the service advisor come and give me an update. The good news is that at my last visit I discover an outstanding Service Advisor through my observations of him for 3.5 hours. His name is Travis Bell and he is very professional and courtesy to everyone not just customers. He does not make promises he can't keep and he also keeps you updated on the status of the vehicle and I trust him.
