From the time we walked up to the front door until we drove away in our new car we were treated with dignity and respect. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our sales person Melvin Rich was awesome! He really listened to what we wanted and what we were comfortable spending. He took the time to take us out to the lot TWICE to look at cars so we could make up our mind. We felt very happy dealing with him. This is our third car from Wesley Chapel Toyota. It's a bit of a drive from Pinellas County but it's worth it!
