The only reason why i am giving these guys a 1 STAR is because i cant give them anything less.
In 2015 i purchased a brand new Mazda3 NEO from ESSENDON MAZDA. To cut a very long story short, i have had computer issues with the vehicle from day 1. I have also video'd these occurrences as for some reason every time i have taken it back to essendon mazda they have told me nothing is wrong with the car. Every service i have they still tell me nothing is wrong with it. I ended up taking it to a different dealership which yet again costed me MORE money, although the car is still in warranty. Earlier this year i was about to purchase a cx5 and trade my Mazda 3 in because i am to believe the car is simply a lemon, Thankfully i didnt because by the way your company and dealerships have treated me is absolutely disgusting. I work in a customer service environment and i would never treat my customers this poorly I can confidently say I will NEVER purhcase another mazda again. The manager at Essendon Mazda, Brad, would have to be the most rudest and unpleasant man to deal with. When i rang him with my concerns he was extremely reluctant for me to bring my car it YET AGAIN for them to have a look at it. I also advised brad that my dad was going to be present with me and Brad abruptly interrupted me and 'strongly' advised me not to have anybody else present with me because 'i have never dealt with him personally' also, told me that he would only inspect my vehicle if on the day it was beeping and flashing, I am disgusted by this remark, because if my car is beeping and flashing at all throughout any given day, clearly there is an issue. My Father and i found this extremely rude and uncalled for. I am sure and can confidently say if Brad or anybody had a daughter or a son for that matter with car issues he himself would be present for that inspection. The second my vehicle is out of finance i will be trading it in and NEVER EVER be purchasing another one. I also will make it very clear to my peers and family the kind of service i have received in regards to these issues. I cant even begin to tell you the fear i have with getting into my car, i do not feel safe driving my mazda 3.
