My car is due for service again soon but will be looking elsewhere. Had my Audi A1 serviced in August 2018. All prices are quoted ex-VAT and this wasn't mentioned - why not just be up front ?, I remember the courtesy car was absolutely filthy inside with old McDonalds on floor - If I owned a garage I would NEVER offer a car in this state to my customer.
