I would like to give a shout out to Mike Murphy Ford and our preferred salesman Jimmy Howard. We have purchased two new vehicles from Jimmy in recent months, but found ourselves in need of a used truck. My husband found the truck online at the dealership and called Jimmy, of course. Jimmy made all the arrangements for us to come over that afternoon. We did a test drive and bought the truck on the spot. That is a first for my husband--he ALWAYS has to sleep on it. I believe it is due to the qualities we have seen and experienced with Jimmy. He is honest, trustworthy, fair, and professional--but most importantly he is friendly and certainly not pushy. He always makes us feel like special customers. Thank you Jimmy Howard!!!
