Review of Don Valley North Toyota Scion

Gave them 1 star because i could not give 0 star.

Very disappointed in their service dept.
Told me i need a very expensive repair .
I went for 2 other inspections and was told nothing is wrong with my car. I suppose they thought i would just pay $3000 ? Insult to my intelligence that they think i would not get another opinion before paying that! Rep said put it through your insurance. Are you kidding me? And also. They did not show me the so called damage..

This is not the first time either. With my first toyota. They said i needed new brakes when i just got new brakes 6 months earlier. I told a man at work and he came With me and asked to see my brakes... then all of a sudden i did not need new brakes anymore.

I plan on complaining to head office and media and BBB and anything else i can do.

I also find the wait ridiculous! They book too many appointments and then we have to wait and wait

I am surprised to see the positive reviews actually.. maybe they arent real customers but people that work there.

Anyway. I will not be giving them my business anymore.
