Meghan has been great! Over a year ago, we visited the model home at Magnolia Preserve. At the time we wasn t looking to buy. She respected that, but she kept in touch over the course of the year. Around April of this year, we visited a different builder because it was in the area we were interested in building, as Southern Homes isn t available in the Davenport area. We started the process, but they started giving us the run around. Nicely put, they were very unprofessional. I truly believe everything happens for a reason. From the time we contacted Meghan about coming in until now, she has made the house purchasing process as smooth as possible. Literally, everything fell into place. We were pleased with the beautiful features and awesome deals Southern Homes had to offer. We re first time home buyers and were a little nervous about the home buying process but with her guidance, we reserved a lot two days after visiting her. Any questions we have, she always make herself available to answer them.
