My case was drawn out for a long time as I got hit by an out of province vehicle and they had to deal with a private insurer who wasn't very dedicated to responding. They worked diligently on my case and while their hands were tied when it came to the timeline, they navigated the situation well and ultimately got the result I hoped for.
