After having my kid's braces on for 4 years, upon the last 4 visits they promised to have them finally - finally removed, and kept changing the date. Who has braces on for FOUR years? His teeth weren't too crooked, even. We couldn't get a return call back - for an appointment - to finally remove them, and they won't schedule the final appointment to do so.
