I'm surprised I received a request to review my recent visit. First let me say that I have had excellent service the one other time I've been to this dealership. This time there were some unfortunate mishaps. The person who helped me was very kind, polite, and professional. They ended up confusing my car with another car. During my hour plus wait (I was getting an oil change) I was informed that My car needs brakes right away and a repair for one of my tires. I told him I would have to come back for that because I was pressed for time. They told me my car was done so I paid for my oil change. The guy who gets the cars asked me if I knew where my keys were and I said of course I did not. I guess he found them because he brought my car around but before I was able to get in and leave he said he needed to talk to somebody. It turned out that they never worked on my car. The brakes and tire repair recommendation was for a different car that I guess they thought was mine. So I left there without an oil change but I had paid for it. I rescheduled for Monday and he said that he is going to give me a coupon discount and also they will be washing my car thoroughly. All that being said, I know that they try really hard to keep their customers pleased. I know that I have made some mistakes in my day and I hope that the mechanic or whoever was responsible does not get in too much trouble. There are so many people going through extremely difficult things that for me this was no big deal. I will continue to take my car to Serramonte Honda.
