all my years i have never had an experience like this before, booked earlier and preordered weeks in advanced. even called on the day to check that my preorder is done and advise will be on a tight 2 hour lunch and wanted the food out to have a nice xmas lunch with the team.
What unfolded was got there and entre came out before finger food platter. then had to wait over an hour for our main. kept askin where the food was kept getting told in 10mins.

then omg the mains came out, and everyones mains were incorrect cooked or wasnt what they preordered, oh it gets better my manager of all fn people gets his steak with a heart beat and wrong sauce, not only he was last and watching everyone eat he then had to send it back and wait again.
my parma came out cold and burnt wtf

they apologised to late and gave free drinks but it was too late

we had to cancel the desserts as we were out of time, and the fact that they werent aware of my preorder was amazing even though over the phone i was assured everything will be ok.

i was so embarrased and couldnt believe even getting really stalled bruchetta ffs.

good luck GSS as dont know how you can be operating like this

PS my work mates were feeling seedy in the afternoon.
I hope you guys dont kill anybody as im pretty disgusted with food and service
