I'm saddened to say that I will never take my animal here. My experience was one I wished I could erase. The 2 employees whose names were not given to me, nor were they wearing a name tag, one male with beard and one female with reddish blonde hair, were not friendly at all. My first visit there. What a negative impact on a customer. They were snobby, with a matter of fact routine. I was speaking to the male and she kept interfering. Seems like a dominance/ control complex she might be having. News flash.... you can explain your policies with tact and grace. If you don't know the definition of grace then look it up. Customer service is really lacking.

The other issue was that they had no information on the reservation made and asked questions like I hadn't booked anything. His explanation... it wasn't transferred from paperwork to the computer. Then how do I have all the information and confirmation of a reservation with all the info. That defeats the purpose of trying to book in advance as opposed to drop in.

Not cool.
