Very poor management

Very poor management
Totally not recommended this management company
My unit has no heater and no hot water in snowing winter time
Their manager MG, she was telling me to go to Costco to buy heater and once it s fixed, go back and returned it
What kind of manager said that kind of stuff???
Every year ,, they raise the rent
But very poor response , every time, we have problems
One of my electronics plug is not working since I moved , more that years,
They never fixed.
Not recommend at all
All stuff here are very rude
