As a full time wedding vendor I have the opportunity to work with many catering companies. I understand the difficulties associated with providing great food in unusual venues. I recently had the opportunity to work with Biscuits & Berries, and they were a breath of fresh air. The servers were friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I can't overstate how hard this is to accomplish when it comes to feeding several hundred people. Their signature made from scratch salsa was one of the best dips I have ever had the pleasure of putting in my mouth. Catering is not a light decision when it comes to choosing wedding vendors.
