Brooklyn Fire Proof. has been a nightmare to deal with. Unless you work under their noses at 120 Ingraham St, they do not give a crap about you or your safety! They are making bank off people renting their studios but they still refuse to do anything about fixing standard maintenance issues. so unless you don't mind getting your mail stolen weekly, overpaying for crappy studio conditions and having random sketchy people come into your building then this is the perfect place to waste your money. I've tried to contact the owners and have complained various times over the phone but ( ***) was just angry and douchey on the phone saying its not their responsibility. We also asked if we could talk the official owner of the building but he refused to give us that information in a douche tone. We cannot work in these given conditions because we require to mail and ship things all the time and we often receive materials via ups. Someone in our building 505 johnson has been stealing our stuff. they refuse to do anything and now we have no choice but to move out. I can't deal with the struggle of trying to get their attention anymore when they don't even want to listen.
